Days left 'til Fun Fest & the Uncle Wilber Fountain Opening

This year’s celebration includes the first-ever Fountain Countdown Parade; so, wear costumes or have your face painted and get something fun and festive to wear, then join the Fountain Countdown Parade, starting at 11:00am. Paraders will lead everyone around the park, ending by circling around the Uncle Wilber Fountain to join in the big countdown for its 2019 grand opening.

In addition to the fun led by performers in the bandshell and the fun of splashing in the Uncle Wilber Fountain, Acacia Park’s sidewalks will feature all sorts of fun-filled booths.

AND new to Fun Fest this year: food trucks! Many of the area’s favorite mobile eateries will be offering a wide variety of fun and delicious foods. From 10am to 2pm, look for your favorite food trucks, on Bijou and Tejon, circling the Uncle Wilber Fountain! PLUS–thanks to Smokebrush Foundation and Zeezos–we’ll have a large tented area in front of the bandshell with tables and chairs to make it even more family-friendly to enjoy delicious food and treats from our food and snack trucks.

**All our food and snack vendors are donating a portion of their sales to support the Uncle Wilber Fountain!!**

To top it all off, a character dance will invite young dancers to join Clifford the Big Red Dog, WeeBee the Fountain monkey, and even a playful Uncle Wilber character!
